Kundalini Yoga is my first and true love. It is known as the Yoga of awareness. It aims to balance and integrate mind, body and soul. It is a dynamic, potent practice that is kriya based and initiates deep shifts on all layers and levels of the being. It connects one with their innate power, essence and consciousness.
