I have over 20 years teaching experience and teach what I love and have witnessed transformation through. I teach a wide range of seekers from all walks of life. I teach online, retreats, one on one, workshops and trainings. I have added Yoga Nidra and Yin Yoga to my list of offerings which includes Reiki Master.
The Teaching and Healing Journey
I am blessed to have found myself teaching and healing in some next level, exquisite locations like the Maldives at One and Only Reethi Rah and Ayada Maldives, as well as the unique, magical and spectacular Silver Island Yoga in Greece since 2014. My work as a yoga facilitator in two male high security wards at a psychiatric hospital for six years was deeply rewarding. For 10 years I also taught for the multiple award winning St Joseph's Adult Education programme. I also sat on their board. I have been teaching on the Kundalini Yoga Teacher trainings since 2016.
